I work for a smaller company in Irving, TX and open enrollment was always a hassle. My previous broker would just send the applications to me and I was left explaining benefits and hunting down each employee. And, well its tough to make a change when you aren't sure if the grass is actually greener on the other side. Finally I made the switch to Medcore and all I can say is, I should of done it sooner. They came out and had a meeting then came out the following week to do the actual enrollment. I am very impress and highly recommend Medcore.

Our workforce in Eagle Pass includes employees with very different levels of benefits knowledge. Medcore adjusted their communication to meet people where they were. Some needed high level explanations, others needed step by step help, and both were handled well. Participation increased, and confusion dropped significantly.
