Medcore Brokerage, located at 2035 Central Cir, Suite 210, Plano, TX, United States, Texas,  is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive Of Employee Benefits to join our vibrant, engaging, and expanding team. We seek a knowledgeable and enthusiastic benefits professional capable of delivering exceptional service to our clients and policyholders, all while embracing a team-focused environment and enjoying outstanding work-life harmony! In this senior role, you will collaborate closely with account managers, sales producers, and other support personnel to accomplish new business objectives and ensure complete client satisfaction and retention. You will serve as a vital link between clients and carriers and other service providers, fostering and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders while managing a diverse portfolio, including medium to large accounts across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Providing rate and quote for new business and policy renewals
  • Collecting client information to compile RFPs and solicit alternative plans and quotes from carriers
  • Preparing documents and materials for open enrollment meetings
  • Addressing coverage and policy-related queries; aiding in claims processing and resolving coverage or billing issues
  • Ensuring client compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations
  • Assisting clients in the setup and implementation of new technology systems, such as online enrollment and benefit administration platforms

Skills/Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities for cultivating client and carrier relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing demands and priorities
  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to convey information clearly in individual or group settings
  • Handling of personal and medical data confidentially and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems required
  • Experience with benefit technology/administration systems essential.

Required Experience:

  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in employee benefits
  • Current Life and Health license mandatory
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS are advantageous but not mandatory.
